MoU signing between Agrarco and Plagen Co. for green methanol production

Today within the framework of COP29 conference held in Azerbaijan a momentous Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Plagen Co., Ltd. from the Republic of Korea and Agrarco LLC from the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The main objective of the partnership is to maximize socioeconomic development opportunities in green methanol production from agriculture wastes and to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through the cooperation of PLAGEN’s gasification technology, and as a solution for biomass waste utilization. Parties will share its strengths, networks, experiences, skills, technologies, methodologies and human resources to work together to ensure the sustainable introduction of the technologies in Korea and Azerbaijan.
